Network Management Board

The Network Management Board is the decision-making organ of the Consortium. It is composed of 3 members in addition to the International Co-ordinator. The Management Board is responsible for the overall co-ordination of Network activities, both scientific and administrative and is served by the Managing Director. The Board defines, oversees and evaluates the tasks of the Network and may set up ad-hoc working groups to address different obligations including:

• Supporting the Network Council and the Scientific Advisory Board,

• Developing and implementing common evaluation procedures,

• Promoting gender equality,

• Co-ordinating knowledge management, issues concerning intellectual property and innovation,

• Communication and co-ordination between the Network Council and co-ordinators.
